They created an alternate market of data driven innovation, a digital connect with its customers through apps and most importantly a community that lives and breathes the Nike brand through its apps, wearables , apparels and sports equipment leaving its competition way behind . As it gets harder to innovate and create differentiation in banking, it is interesting to sit back and observe how Nike changed the game to retain relevance.
